Okay, back to our regular programming.

Before you’ve finished what might be your second cup of coffee, you’ll have read a few things to start your week the right way.

3 for your mind

Music: Sometimes you know that it ain't easy We're on our own from the day we're born Don't let the bastards steal your soul 'Cause they don't see you're gold, you're gold.’ You Are The Answer - Goo Goo Dolls.

Podcast: Heavyweight has been positively reviewed in The New York Times, The New Yorker, The Atlantic, The Financial Times, The Irish Times and The Guardian. Writing in the Financial Times, Fiona Sturges called the show "terrifically moving".
Listen to the 2nd episode titled, Gregor released in 2017.
20 years ago, Gregor lent some CDs to a musician friend. The CDs helped make him a famous rockstar. Now, Gregor would like some recognition. But mostly, he wants his CDs back.

Book: Julia Cameron, known as the Queen of Creativity, has profoundly impacted millions worldwide with her artistic wisdom.
Her latest book The Artist's Way toolkit includes practices like Morning Pages, Artist Dates, and Walks, designed to help us access our inner voice and deepen our intuition.
Julia believes that when people begin living in their creativity, the symptoms of neurosis tend to disappear. This basically means that if we don't express our creativity, it can lead to anxiety or other problems, but using our creativity can help solve these issues.

I’ve just started reading this one and will definitely be taking it on my next holiday.

2 for your body

Move: Thread the needle.
This flow relieves tightness in your chest, shoulders, and upper back. Well worth doing a few times at the start of the day or just before heading off to bed.

Eat: Oat milk.
I’ve recently found oat milk on special at my local grocer. It prompted me to do some reading up. Here is what I found:
- Oat milk has more fiber than cow's milk, which can help with digestion and gut health.
- Oat milk contains beta-glucans, a soluble fiber that can help lower cholesterol.
- Some studies suggest that oat milk has a gentler effect on blood sugar levels than cow's milk.
- Oat milk may be a good choice for people with diabetes.
- Oat milk's high fiber and protein content can help you feel full, which can help with weight loss.
Additionally, oat milk is a good source of B vitamins, which can help with stress, oxidative damage, and healthy hair, nails, and skin.

1 for your soul
